Judging Room Observers
Have you wondered how the Award Winners are chosen from all those incredible quilts?
Are you interested in hints to improve your own quilt show entries?
AQG is offering an educational opportunity for members to be observers in a Quilt Arizona! Judging Session. You will learn about the quilt judging process by observing the NACQJ judges in action. If time permits, the judges will offer a question-and-answer period at the end of the session.
There will be two observation sessions during the Quilt Arizona! 2024 show.
- Monday morning, January 13, 2025 7:45 am - 12:00 pm
- Monday afternoon, January 13, 2025 12:45 pm - 5:00 pm

Use this form: Judging Room Observer Application to apply for an invitation to be a Judging Room Observer.
(All applications are due by November 24, 2024)
From the list of applicants, the Judging Coordinator will select up to ten (10) Observers for each session. First time Observers will be given priority for this opportunity. If selected, you will be notified by December 1, 2024. You will have 48 hours to accept the invitation to the session. If you cannot attend, another name will be selected.
